Kelsey was hands down what made this trip SO effortlessly amazing! She is a true Disney-SUPERSTAR! She made my dreams come true. And the best part- I barely had to lift a finger. And the special touches she is able to provide to help ensure the trip is magical (reservations, tips etc.) makes such a difference! Any time I had a question, she was incredibly quick to confirm! Sam provided all the information, advice, and recommendations needed for some Disney-newbies to really help our family get prepared for the trip! She got a feel for what we were looking for on our trip and kept us informed on anything she thought our family may enjoy, when and how to make reservations, along with Disney World news -- even down to her informative Facebook shares with new food items and limited-time merch! We felt like we were always in the loop!
